Kwanzaa Stageplay - Harambe for the Holidays (Matinee)

Atumpan Dance Theatre's "Harambe for the Holidays: Birds of a Feather"- Set the Kwanzaa table and light the kinara! It's time to celebrate Kwanzaa. Atumpan Dance Theatre brings folklore to life through a story about two different birds. Discover what happens to a Guinea Fowl who has a wise owl friend to save her from the tricks and shenanigans of that trickster, Anansi the Spider.

Tickets/Prices:

• General Admission: $10   3 yr. olds and up Please Note: 2 yr. olds and under are free and must sit in a parent's lap.  If you would like them to sit in a seat, you must pay for a ticket. Patrons who are under-age for vaccination (currently 11 and under) will be required to wear masks in the facility.
• Senior/Military-$8.50   Senior is 55 and over
• Tax will be added to each ticket price at checkout.
• You can purchase online, over the phone (757-499-0317), or at the Box Office(4509 Commerce St). Box Office hours: Tuesday-Saturday 12pm-6pm. Box Office closed Sundays (unless we have a show on a Sunday, we would open 1 hour before the show), Mondays & Holidays.

• Our Front entrance doors and Concessions will open 1 hour before show start time.
• House doors will open 30 min. before each event start time.
• All children 11 years and under must keep their mask on the entire time int he building.

• f you would like to avoid the line at the door, please arrive early (front entrance opens 1 hr before shlow start time) or stop by the Box Office: Tues.-Sat. 12pm-6pm. Let them know what event you are coming to and you can show them your vaccine status or negative test (taken 72 hours prior to your event time).

Theater Info

• This show is in the Main Stage Theater and is General seating.MAIN STAGE THEATER:  Floor level entrances. Row A is at floor level. To access Rows B-H in all sections, you will have to use stairs. Elevator located inside our theater, to access Row H in all sections on the 2nd floor of the Main Stage Theater.
• First few rows are reserved for children.
• Children 2 yrs. old and under that do not have a ticket for a seat must sit in a parent's lap.
